Ranting and raving about my beloved Buffalo Sabres. I Bleed Blue and Gold. Ennis, missing two 17 game spans for a total of 34 games. Ehrhoff was lost for 11 games. Gerbe was out for 20 games. Boyes and Sekera both missed 13. Kaleta missed 15 due to injury, and another 4 from a suspension.

A girl and a dog out on the trails for a run. So again, this was a week of running, but not exactly according to schedule. So apparently this is the summer of weddings and funerals for us. So if you are not getting married and you know me be wary, be very, very wary. Last week was the week of runs being cut short. Monday was a scheduled 3 mile run but we ended up trying to out run the hail. Thursday I finally stuck to schedule! But it was just an easy 3 miler.
