The site had the following in the homepage, "Books, Speeches and Publications." I noticed that the web site stated " You dont need to spend a lot of time thinking about language to realise that it is an enormous tapestry of history, a testament to the interlocking biographies of peoples, events and lands." They also stated " To think of purism in the same sentence as language is nothing short of absurd. This week I have been working on a small commission for a customer that wanted a unique present for her parents that live in San Francisco. Sunday, July 13, 2008. After Spain, I flew to Edinburgh, took a bus to Aberdeen, Wick, and the Orkneys. This is a totally different experience from the Camino. My friend Jo, whom I walked with for a few days, has reached Santiago. I will be in Scotland for another week or so, then hope to travel to Northern England. Monday, June 30, 2008.
