Tonight was our last night in Turkey, meaning that our highly anticipated, life-altering and eye-opening experience has come to a close. In honor of the last night I have decided to compile a brief list of my self-realizations and discoveries after completing my voyage. Who knows, that risk could turn into something beautiful and you might meet somebody who truly surprises you and helps you in a way you never dreamed of.

I am not an adventurer by choice, but by fate. There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered. To all of you who were on this journey, I salute you in so many ways.
