DREAM BIG -

Okej Om vecka 14 var dålig så måste v. 15 vara den sämsta av allihop! Men det enda passet jag gjorde gick väldigt bra. Kände att det var dags för lite hemska intervaller för att få upp fölås och puls. Tror att snittpulsen blev runt 175 så det är jag nöjd med. Kanske borde införa ett pass i veckan med olika typer av intervaller? Det är ju verkligen en bra träningsmetod.
