Being trapped in History! April 5, 2011. Sir Ken Robinson gave a very interesting talk on education and changing the paradigms. I thought this was very interesting when it comes to learning, whether music really has this kind of effect. I did a bit of more research on music and mind, memory and academic performance. What do you think? .

I think I have benefited greatly from the module; I seem to have built up my confidence on talking and giving my opinion on topics and in discussions, furthermore my presentation skills have improved. But on reflection I have benefited from what I was most apprehensive about, the fact that my classmates would be reading my blogs motivated me to present good and well researched blogs, which developed my learning, my art.

This module has been unexpected to say the least. I thought that finding new and exciting topics would be difficult each week but I have been staggered by the diversity of ideas within the class.
