Sunday, August 8, 2010. Many Children Have Been Left Behind. I agree that the No Child Left Behind act has caused more problems than it has fixed. I think a much better solution would have been to give individual school districts a reason to improve their own students long term learning and performance on tests such as the SAT rather than state tests.
