I am so thankful for the kindness offered to me to enjoy a lovely 24 hours in this beautiful setting. At a time in my life when everything is upside down and so very frightening. To escape to the peace and quiet of this lovely setting where the night is dark except for the stars was just the few moments I needed. I sat and pondered the future with this as my view. I started with leftover red flowers and faux apples, a red basket container and a cute red bird, but in the end, the final arrangement ends up using red and green fall leaves, a nice precursor to all the gold and orange of Halloween and Fall in general.
