Saturday, 9 January 2016. Connecting to your higher self meditation. On Thursday I joined a new meditation group. I met lots of new people, some who had been before and some that were new to the group. They all seemed to have spiritual beliefs. I had been suffering with shoulder and neck pain all week. When I opened my eyes at the end of the meditation my pain was almost gone. The stiffness had gone from my neck.
