One of these changes saw simple, compound and complex sentences become single clause, multi clause coordinated and multi clause subordinated sentences. The site had the following in the homepage, "A blog about teaching, research, leadership and learning." I noticed that the web site stated " Whats the point of educational research? On observations and inset." They also stated " In common with a large number of schools around the country we had an inset day today. And in common with a lot of schools, I am sure, some parts of the site felt more like this. Than a warm, welcoming place of work!
