My depression and anxiety have been mostly manageable. I would go so far as to say that they are the best they have been in over a year. I think that the Modafinil may be contributing to this lift in my mood. Any respite is a welcome relief. Then I get hit with something out of the blue that rocks me to my core.

Thursday, November 12, 2009. November Room 3 went to the Te Point Reptile Park. First he showed us the two different types of lizards that New Zealand has, a skink. After that he started to lead us around his park. First we got to see all the lizards in their. Most of them were camouflaged and were hard to see. There were even two Capuchin. In a split second the bug was gone. We all had heaps of fun.
