Monday, August 10, 2015. VSCO Cam app - a photographers dream. Occasionally I like to use an app to adjust photos on my phone and the VSCO Cam app. You can keep it as simple as you like or use filters to enhance a moment you are trying to capture which in a way is a bit like going back to the darkroom. Saturday, August 13, 2011. Rosy Rosy Rosy Tea Cosy. Its a rare day lately that I sit down to relax without a crochet hook in my hand. I have about 4 projects on the go at any given time. But occasionally I do finish a project and it helps when deadlines like birthdays give me the push I need. Braided Cable Tea Cosies, designed by Amelia Carlson.
Thursday, August 6, 2015. I love the pattern and the combination of fabrics that I chose, but the fit is just terrible on me. I used a stretch sateen for the majority of the jacket and faux leather for the lapels. Maybe I should have gone up a size to account for using stretch woven rather than a knit. Second time around - Ginger and Jalie.
