It is something that I have struggled with, and I know many other women, teenage girls and postpartum moms struggle with as well. So today Ill share my story. Heres a picture of me the summer after I graduated high school. This was not at my skinniest, but I was still at an unhealthy weight. All I wanted was to be skinny. To be perfect. Looking back on it now, I feel so ashamed of myself.
