The site had the following in the homepage, "Bill Bruin Shovels his Roof." I noticed that the web site stated " Pretty in Pink Beet Pancakes." They also stated " My friend Jane gave me some fresh beets from her garden, and this is what I made These pancakes are easy to make once you peel, cook, and mash the beets, are high in fibre, protein and all the nutrients in whole grains, and taste delicious.
