Saturday, November 4, 2017. After a very long break, I am back. Well if you can see this you know I have been gone for months, and this is just a snippet of my life since I was last here. I still draw at Starbucks and Barnes and Noble Café most days of the week. I am fully retired now so my days are spent drawing, quilting, volunteering . So I hope this finds you .

Thursday, June 14, 2012. To get to the top you have to walk the 1st floor and then to the 2nd and from the 2nd floor you can take the elevator to the top. Because drawing is good for you. On a whim, a while back, I bought myself three Bic Cristal pens, you know, those classic cheap no-good ballpoints that s been around forever. I bought one black, one blue and one red. And I started drawing with them.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, champagne in one hand strawberries in the other and screaming What a ride!
