First Person Present A Blog in Narative Mode

We have gradually been paring down our small family farm. We are down to a couple of donkeys, three goats, a dozen or so chickens, and, as of yesterday, two pigs. As of today it we only have one pig. We re-homed one 250lb porker into our freezer. Cut up fat rendering for lard. About half the sausage meat. So, for now, I farm.
