Retirement in Panama, The Story of Our Experiences. 3 The Cost of Living in Panama. The flowers on this hedge were attracting a lot of butterflies. This was on July 19th. On another day we were in the car in the rain, and saw this interesting way of keeping dry on a bicycle.
The other morning my husband and I were able to take our kayaks out to a local state park. It is so peaceful and tranquil on the water that when your mind and heart is a bit cluttered, you go and engage in this activity and instantly you feel lightened and refreshed. This little guy was next to me on the dock as I waited for my husband to join me. Also, saw some geese feathers. Blue Heron, he was posing for me! All in all, it was a nice relaxing outing.

They also stated " Less Cycling, Less Blogging. I havent been cycling much since Ive been back, and then just to go around town and do errands. When Im not preparing for something, Im not nearly as motivated but I still miss my bike if Im not on it for a while.
