Focused on making wellness simple. Today I went to the Griswald Center for the last time! I am also working out 5-6 days a week. It only takes 30-45 minutes of my day, and has a profound affect on my day. I have more energy, my mood is improved, and I am better able to focus on tasks, just from that one activity. I have also removed all of the toxic chemicals from my house, replacing cleaning and personal care products with Melaleuca products.
Saturday, April 14, 2012. The end of Spring Break. I completed week 1 day 2 of c25k yesterday. It was easier than day 1, which was extremely encouraging! I am thrilled to be running. Three days a week I work with a trainer in a group setting, and 3 days a week I do Zumba. All of this exercise makes me feel fantastic. This is HUGE for me! Wednesday, April 11, 2012.
Monday, September 12, 2011. When we last left off here in Skinnyland, I had given up duck fat fries and taken up. Medifast is the diet I did from May-July, and I lost tweny pounds.
