The site had the following in the homepage, "8212; smalloasis 352 pm." I noticed that the web site stated " Every morning, on the way to the office, I see lots of banners with huge picture." They also stated " But its not just some picture. Its the picture of the candidates for mayor of this city. Yup, its campaign time! Actually, its not a campaign period. At least, not just yet. The official campaign period wont be started until a few months to come, I think. So, how do they deal with this rule, which prohibits them from campaigning them self?
