I took 3 consecutive rest days to help my knees but after 6 miles yesterday they were just the same. So pretty much all th.
When I take time off from running or from dance, my form, motivation, skills, strength, abilities, and flexibility start to rot. Sure, since you seem interested. So for now this goal remains unfulfilled but still on my list. I might even post later about how I am trying to maintain stamin.
