I have recently earned my doctorate Reading Education at Syracuse University. Where I have also been working as Data Manager for Dr. For the last six years. I also have recently been hired at SUNY Oswego in the Counseling and Psychological Services Department as Assistant Professor. I am teaching three classes and am enjoying the beautiful fall scenery surrounding Lake Ontario. New York State English Language Arts Test.
Welcome to my electronic professional portfolio. This portfolio documents my teaching credentials earned while pursuing a Ph. in Literacy Education at Syracuse University. While also participating in the Future Professoriate Program. My Story, My Trajectory. As I look back on my educational career, thinking about what defines me as a teacher, I recognize what has brought.
I am a doctoral student in Reading Education at Syracuse University. Research interests include the invented spellings of young children, early reading intervention for children most at risk for reading failure, and translating research into practice. Project coordinator for two large early reading intervention grants directed by Benita Blachman. And funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
