I have been on many retreats where we were silent from 3 days to 10 days. I love the silence! This class has reminded me for the need to be in silence every day and just go within. It is a time to connect with Spirit, without distractions. After sitting in the silence, I never feel alone because, in reality, I am never alone! Yikes! My subby is really trying hard to fight against me and appears to be succeeding. What if I do everything right and fail? I BELEIVE in the MKMMA but am struggling with believing in myself. I seem to be in a downward spiral and confusion appears to be reigning.

The way it was designed to be finished. It has to be in.
