If we mortals wants to attain buddhahood, attain true wisdom, we need to first tackle or cultivate the heart. And main thing on the cultivation of the heart is to understand the meaning of emptiness 空 by learning to let go. I believe the main and basic method is to start and follow the teachings of the Heart sutra.
