So just to put it out there everyone who went yesterday did an awsome job on their talks! Everyones was interesting in there own ways and thats whats so cool about the whole thing. I cannot explain the nerves i have still, its not just talking in front of everyone its that if my point will actually get across to everyone.

The value of journaling has been known for a while now. Journaling is done by many people for many reasons such as to help them over come obstacles such as loosing weight or smoking, to work through their emotions during a tough time, or simply to write and reflect on everyday happenings.
