I am a practising visual artist. I am a sculptor, installation artist and puppet maker working in various visual media and am interested in interdisciplinary ideas. I am, intrinsically, a storyteller. Words drip ideas, beginnings of thought patterns that form solid pieces of work and in turn they slid back into words. When St Audrys closed in 1993, its museum collectionand archive went to the Museum of East Anglian Life, Felixstowe Museum andthe Suffolk Record Office. This website aims to shed some light on the lives of the manyhundreds of people staff as well as patients - who lived and worked at the hospital.PARSED CONTENT

I noticed that the web site stated " This project explores the history of St Audrys Hospital in Melton, which began life as the Suffolk County Asylum in 1832, on the site of an old workhouse."
