So i tested my protein and ph level. apparently this is a good thing to do. My urine ph came out at 6 which is ok but higher is better. My ketones level was moderate. so am still in ketosis and losing weight. i did not eat anything today. had a big hankering for jello! Yesterday it was avocado on toast mmm.
