Learning to Make Natural History Films. Life on the Film Making stream of the Science Communication Masters Course at Otago University New Zealand 2008. Will try and get the other episodes up in the future.
Will is a marine science student at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. Will is currently working on his thesis project, investigating the running biomechanics of the New Zealand Sea Lion. Here Will shares how he became interested in Sea Lion biomechanics and what his research is specifically investigating. At Classical Metrics, we are using the latest advances in music information retrieval to remove the barriers encountered when learning, rehearsing, and performing classical music. I was an engineer at Humtap. And an NSF-sponsored postdoctoral fellow at iZotope. I currently co-instruct workshops at CCRMA, Stanford.
