Monday, March 23, 2015. After a bit of research, I found Airestone at Lowes. This was lightweight stone that we could install ourselves. It was a no brainer. The great folks at Lowes helped us gather all the material we would need for our project and soon we started laying the stone. Our finished product was nothing less than amazing.

Sunday, April 1, 2012. We have one more we are going to make this week! Friday, March 2, 2012. New Challenge - Level Up. We have been successful in sticking to the rules of our eating-in challenge! It feels good to be making our own food. Since we plan our menu every week there is no stress in deciding what to eat. We have already made some food items outside our usual repertoire including tofu stir fry with peanut sauce and mini-meatloaves in muffin tins! Chili, Chicken Soup, Eggplant.
