Surgery Date was August 30th so officially today is 5 Months! I have learned so much about my new body some hard to learn some not so hard. When I feel full, I NEED TO STOP EATING! Otherwise I am in pain and end of throwing up. Exercise has to be a HABIT! .

The site had the following in the homepage, "4 out of 5 dentists recommend this WordPress." I noticed that the web site stated " Doesnt seem like its been 31 days." They also stated " Today I also have lost 31 pounds. I still have issues trying to eat meat. Have learned that cottage cheese is a go to food for me. So full of protein and easy to eat at this point. A race to be finished. There is a race that is waiting for me to complete where the end point is in heaven. I have decided to pen my thoughts down in a diary as I have my conversations with God everyday. No longer will this blog be in use. It is officially defunct from now.
