At the end of January, I received test results that confirmed gluten intolerance. This means half of our family absolutely cannot do gluten. It also means Kaiya is more likely to be gluten intolerant. What a wild ride! .
Today I finally got tired of the package of frozen fish bones in my freezer, and decided to try it anyway. The jury is still out. The thing that made me question whether it was working, is my stomach has been upset for a week or so.
