I was tickled to capture two flashes of lightning in a short video yesterday. When I went back to look at the individual frames, it was amazing to see that the flashes were straight columns of light, not branched like normal lightning. Farewell to a WWII Hero. I noticed that the web site stated " Six years later, after fighting in Spain, Holland, and France, he was sent to North America to fight in the War of 1812." They also stated " His regiment met the Americans face-to-face near Lake Champlain in upstate New York. The British attacked the Americans both by water and on land. At first, things went well.
