Here follows a mind-dump, unstructured and probably not thought-out thoroughly, but I have the urge to get things out of my head. That said, this post is pretty much exactly about the time I spent in that dreaded place.
A snapshot of country life. My photography centres primarily around landscapes which fits well with living in the mountains in Southern Spain. The view from the house across to La Maroma with its peak just over 2000 metres is fantastic and changes by the hour as the light changes. When I was about fourteen I played the cornet with the Staveley Works Junior Brass Band.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Landscape Photography, The War and English Identity Today." I noticed that the web site stated " I found the extract from John Taylors 1994 book, A Dream of England Landscape, Photography and the Tourists Imagination, interesting as I thought that it said quite a bit about England the UK? I would think so and I find it interesting how we as Europeans often look quite differently at shared events."
