A blog about life in the new Steinbach clan. Thursday, August 6, 2015. Proud of our Snowboarding Papa. A few weeks ago the Mr. took a step into the unchartered and went to invest in himself. He took 10 days, loads of motivation and interest, and committment to himself and his personal development. The kids and I stayed home and had a ridiculous amount of fun.
A Fragile X carrier shares the ups and downs of TTC. After all that, we got 8 eggs, and only 1 fertilized. We decided not to risk traumatizing it by doing PGD so we transferred a really beautiful embryo, the most beautiful we have ever produced, really early on Day 3. We left no stone unturned, and there were no babies under any stones. Mathnet rocked! My feelings ar.
What an incredibly fast 5 months. This little girl has just bloomed. She is simply amazing and I am so very lucky.
A journey to single motherhood. I admittedly fell into a very deep depression a few weeks ago. Getting the pathology report and starting my first period on the day I would have been 20wks was too much. averaging an announcement a week on Facebook. All of this is overwhelming and confusing.
