Little things make me happy. Hot tea under a blanket on the couch. The sun, bright and scorching. The smell of newborn babies. Chocolate ice cream and sprinkle donuts. The roaring laughter of my kids when I tickle them; the kind of laughter that ends in a snort. So how is it that I, like many, can spend so much time focusing on the things that make me unhappy?
