Men STRESS OUT TOO! August 20, 2011. Men stress out too, not just women. Stress can wreck your health, interfere with relationships, school, or work performance. It also can affect your moods and make you feel sad, overwhelmed, impatient, tired, and anxious. There are things you can do to protect yourself from the effects of stress.
