My journey through breast cancer and beyond. I first need to say that my husband deserves a medal for everything that he has done for me. He is working hard to put two kids through college and paying for it himself. The money that we had saved up over the years to pay for the kids college education was depleted by cancer treatment which left me feeling terrible. The site had the following in the homepage, "Let the adventure begin! About Surviving Empty Nest." I noticed that the web site stated " Posted by Diane Laney Fitzpatrick in Uncategorized." They also stated " Spent the first four days home after taking my kids to college cleaning out their rooms, not exactly what was promised in the Now Its Time for You! Chapter of the empty nesters manual. But I was glad to do it. One day she said, Why dont you just wait until I leave for college and then you can do whatever you want with my room. Taking life one happy thought at a time. A few weeks ago I had a conversation with someone I had only recently met. We spoke for a very long time about a great deal of things, and then we got to travel and holidays. 3 days later we had plane tickets and an itinerary in our inboxes.
