Chronic Stress Syndrome is a condition that occurs when the body starts to respond, both physically and emotionally, to prolonged emotional stress. As we all know, stress is a natural, biological reaction to potential harm or danger or even overwhelming situations that can occur in our every day lives. Chronic stress is epidemic in our culture as well and can cause illnesses we have to become worse.
