I look down at my hands and know that within those tissues and cells, blood is coursing,. Minute after minute, circuit upon circuit. But where is my soul in this pink, freckled flesh? Where is my spirit in this troubled, pondering life? Is the soul hitching a ride on red blood cells as they careen by the white? Is my spirit holed up in one of my vital organs? My brain, maybe? March 30, 2018 - 11 Responses. One of my regular walks is in the grounds of the former senior campus of the Castlemaine Secondary College. I have begun taking photographs of the site as a creative project. so I took a closer look. To my eyes, the spidery shadows were like the fine lines of etchings.

Long Lineup to the Smorgasbord. And the beach has been swarming with Royal Terns, Sandwich Terns and gulls. And yet others arguing with their parents. And the tiny Sanderlings have brought their whole extended family to enjoy the beach. Where they were mixing with Willets and American Oystercathers. So many birds! Sandy has been sitting at the front edge .
