The site had the following in the homepage, "Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park photo essay." I noticed that the web site stated " Rubble at the base of the atomic dome." They also stated " As Hiroshima began to rebuild after the bombing, the atomic dome building remained standing, rubble and all.
