I hope you guys all had a great week. The best thing about keeping detailed training logs is looking back at prior weeks and seeing patterns or trends. When I started writing this post, I noticed it immediately- I was fatigued from a mileage-heavy week last week. No wonder I was wiped out.
The title is exactly what it sounds like. My co-instructors and I after taking a class at the very first Barre3 studio, in the Pearl District of Portland! Our whole training group by the Willamette River.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Taking on life one day at a time! July IM Training 8 Weeks OMG." I noticed that the web site stated " Not that anyone is counting or anything but 56 days." They also stated " 8221; Its not always pleasant but sometimes most of the times you just gotta suck it up. I also lost 5 days of training due to travel to China so there was no slacking for the rest of the month. Swim 22,075 yds 12. 2nd century was last weekend and was far less painful but hillier?
