Japan has launched a massive, military-led rescue operation after the giant 8. 9 magnatude quake and tsunami killed hundreds of people and turned the northeastern coast into a swampy wasteland as authorities braced for a possible meltdown at a nuclear reactor. Now, more than ever, the Japanese people need our help and support to get through this crisis. While the devastating Japan earthquake and tsunami have passed, the recovery and mourning have just begun. The disaster could become the most expensiv.
