They also stated " An 18 year old named Morgan McGinn has been arrested and confessed to 15 fires in the Carmichael area. The fires took place in August and September. Since I last posted here in February 2010 a lot of life moments have come and gone. At the time of my last post I was leaving for Italy to visit my Aunt and Uncle in Rome, Italy with my husband. She turned 89 on May 6th. I have been to visit her 4 times since February 2010, my last visit was this past February.
