While preparing for this assignment, I did a lot of reading. I read about what makes a good leader. I read about was directs a good leader. I discovered that there are many different leaders that I would like to model in my own practice.

Week 4 Virtual Class Session. This weeks class session was very relaxing. This book really made me think more optimistic about my future. I am trying to get into the educational field and sometimes it can be very discouraging when no one calls back for an interview because of the lack of educational experience. The person I admire for her leadership was Sally Allred. In high school was my Typing 2 teacher and I also had her for shorthand, which honestly I sucked at. She always encouraged me and used humor in her classroom. She was always willing to stay and talk to students. She was the first teacher who let me be in the mentor role.
