Hello 2017 - New Years resolutions. Well hello to you my reader chums and Happy New Year! I cannot believe 2017 has arrived and 2016 passed by so quickly. I did so many things within those 12 months that I hope this year is just as memorable. My last post, I wrote about the highlights of 2016. And today wanted to focus on goals for the upcoming year. Bidding goodbye to an epic 2016. In the best possible way possible with my favourite people! Getting back into reading.
This time of year is my absolute favourite.
I really love how everything starts looking pretty again and the feeling of being able to go outside without freezing my butt off is so amazing! I feel like I come out of some kind of hibernation in the spring and I start to actually do things again.

Sunday, February 20, 2011. A Venetian Holiday Day 2. After a delicious meal the evening before Dave and I awoke to perfect blue skies and lots of sunshine! Being in Venice was probably the most sun that either of us has seen all winter and it was magical! We decided to first take a trip up to the Jewish Ghetto and then work our way down to the Rialto Bridge, for what we would both agree later was a really great sightseeing day! Just a regular day on the gondola.
