So in this blog we have to sum up what we have learnt in this module. I have heard many talks touching on a range of educational issues. Some were things that I was already aware about others that I had never considered before. One small step for an NQT, one giant leap for teaching.

Spoke about a different approach to learning, that of being out of the classroom, following on from her blog. I believe that this approach, although at an expense, is the most beneficial way to teach. It is just a shame that it is not always possible for every topic taught in schools. Looking back over all the ideas brought up in this semesters class there seems to be a few common threads running through them which I think highlight the key ideas that could improve the education system as a whole.

I am heading out with a team of people to Ghana to help out with starting a school and teacher training. Although resources are scarce in the area i would love it if people had a few summary ideas i can take to the teachers of this area.
