Friday, August 7, 2015. Back Home and Why? This will be a short post. Beanie did well with my parents, except that she got a cold last Sat which she passed on to me. I was a nervous wreck from last Sat to Wed when I had to leave - eating Vit C, Zi. cam, salt water gargles you name it! Whatever I could do to keep myself able to travel, which I did although it was not fun since I was under the weather and by the end of day yesterday after 8 hrs of talking my voice was totally gone! .

My life as a 40 mom blessed by adoption. I have two elderly furkids. Furboy is much closer to 13 than 12 and the Diva turned 12 earlier this summer. Like an eagles nest under construction Oxford Academy looked a bit angular and spiky as we rolled into the car park under a haze of drizzle. But like a half finished nest it seemed to house the promise of greatness and if the size of the building sight was any thing to go by it will soon be a mighty development worthy of its Academy status.
