De acordo com as denúncias feitas pelos moradores e freqüentadores do Largo Silton Luna, no bairro Cirolândia, o local está bastante deteriorado. Calçadas esburacadas, canteiros mau cuidados e sem água já há vários dias. Além disso, animais são vistos quase que diariamente no local.
