Thea loves to be around animals and a big one is horses. Whenever we go to Utah that is what she wants to do above all other things. She likes to help feed them, groom, ride, not sure if she has had the joy of cleaning up after them, but someday! Having said that, I came across a specials for four riding lessons at a local stable. Got her some REAL cowboys boots. Nicer than most of my shoes. Eight months since my last post. I got over it, now you need to! It was a fun nigh.

Sunday, February 15, 2015. This zoo does not have adequate parking. We had to park next to a homeless guy that cleRly lives out of his van. I hope our van is still there when we get back. The elephants looked like wooly mammoths because they were covered with the lovely red dirt. They were active and moving around. The giraffes were awake too.
