ICTs I Have Seen Week By Week. Things have been so busy, but I can not believe that it is almost half way through week three and this is the first opportunity I have had to sit down and write a blog post reflection on my Prac so far! I was so lucky last week that at my school, right near our class room there was two koalas in a tree. It was amazing, for me and the students.
There is no doubt our roles as models is important both at school and outside of school. I was stunned that teachers have a duty of care outside school if they see a problem with students. This is what I learned from Cybersafety. I also found the activities on the cyber smart website.
Anyway thanks Shireen for expressing your feelings, sometimes I think no-one else has these fears. I am glad you have a great mentor, as mine and her colleagues are at my setting. We just need to get into it and begin. I will find out more on Tuesday from my mentor what they use, so I should be feeling a little less nervous after then.
The lesson in this is to make sure I read through all of the documents involved before I beginning anything so I know what is required of me! October 30, 2013.
Will definitely be using these in my future classroom. Benefits of using ICTs in Education. Great You-Tube video about the benefits of using ICTs in Education. Click on the link below to view.
Thursday, March 31, 2016. The two young girls at the supermarket. So this totally weird emotional experience I had in the shop that day was, I think a mixture of feelings. Feeling proud of the beautiful polite young women they had become, the feelings of seeing them both for the first time in so so so many years. I guess I never expected to ever see them again, and the fact that I recognised them even though they grew up and changed so much! Links to this post. Monday, March 21, 2016.
In the words of Rachel Nolan. 8216;roll on this time next year as I will graduate and be out there doing this for real! Looking Back Over My Week. I hope everyone is having as much fun as I am.
Back for yet another Semester! My how time flies when one becomes a lifelong learning! After 7 years, the last year of my Bach EC is looming, reflection is bitter sweet. Bitter with regrets of not engaging with furthering my learning sooner, sweet with reaching my goal. Helping me to stay motivated this year will be the philosophy and work of Claire Warden.
