I Can Have a HAPPEE Life Too! Visit this site to get ideas that can induce happiness in your life. Happiness Is Having a Week of Retreat. So, it has been a week! I set out to have a week of retreat from last Friday. The retreat did not include weekends and so there were in total five days. Third day, I was mainly catching up on emails. It felt good to be able to connect with friends and my mind is clear when I feel that I have responded to those emails.
