Hearing that a close family member is sick just pushes me to the deep end. Next thing you know Im sobbing all over the place. I luh God but not todays gospel music.

The new book is now finished and is at the typesetting and proof-reading stage. It should be up on Amazon within the next ten days and I shall be posting some material from it in the near future. More regular posts will hopefully resume soon. Wednesday, July 15, 2015.

Tuesday, April 14, 2015. We recently took Miles to McAllen, TX to compete in the State Scholastic Grade Championships. He did very well, losing only the first two games and then going on the win the next 5 in a row. His best performance at a weekend tournament this size yet. After the tournament, we rented a cottage in Corpus Christi and had a 3 day vacation to do some beach time and sight seeing. He ended up tying for 9th place and came in 29th out of 150.
